Why Boxsure exists

We didn't theorise this. We ran a meat-delivery brand and lived it.

Boxsure was built inside The Fat Butcher, a UK meat-delivery Shopify Plus brand run by our founder, Darren. Every failed DPD slot, every quality claim in a spreadsheet, every repeat complainer slipping through — we dealt with it order by order, in a shared inbox.
